Absolutely recommend Anna and Wellness EMS from someone who can never find the time to go to the gym, was struggling with arthritis aches and pains add in menopause constantly being told I needed to do physio which never worked. Have done 3 sessions of this 20 mins easier to find time for, can already see and feel difference. My cardiovascular improved and aches in hips preventing sleeping have improved massively. Anna is a skilled practitioner who will determine your individual goal and develop a program to suit your individual needs. After my first session I noticed a considerable relief in back tension. The lady behind Wellness EMS, Anna, is lovely and really knows her stuff. She will take you through it step by step. After the first five minutes it’s easy to get the hang of. I can see how good it’s going to be for fitness especially for people working round injuries or needing some rehab. Don’t be scared of it, give it a go!
